Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Belvedere vodka, Dolin Dry Vermouth, and dilly bean brine.

Add Bitters
Add the Degroff pimento bitters to the mixing glass.

Stir
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish
Garnish with dilly beans by placing them in the drink or on the rim of the glass.
