Puff Pastry Preparation

    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

    Prepare the Puff Pastry

    Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface. Cut them into rectangles or desired shapes.

    Fill the Pastry

    Melt the dark chocolate and spread a layer on half of the pastry pieces. Top with fresh raspberries.

    Seal the Pastry

    Place the other half of the pastry on top and press the edges to seal. Brush the tops with beaten egg.

    Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Herb Cream Preparation

    Mix Ingredients

    In a bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, fresh herbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

    Whip the Cream

    Using a hand mixer, whip the mixture until smooth and creamy.

    Chill

    Refrigerate the herb cream for at least 30 minutes before serving.
