Crab Cakes Preparation

  1. 1

In a large bowl, gently mix together the lump crab meat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg, green onion, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 2

    Form Cakes

Shape the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick. You should have around 8 crab cakes.

  3. 3

    Chill

Place the formed crab cakes on a plate, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them hold their shape.
