Stuffed Shrimp Crab Balls
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Shrimp
Chop the shrimp into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
- 2
Mix the Ingredients
Add the crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, and beaten egg to the bowl with the shrimp. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- 3
Form the Balls
Using your hands, form the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat until hot.
- 5
Fry the Balls
Carefully add the shrimp crab balls to the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- 6
Drain and Serve
Remove the fried balls from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
