Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preparation

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well blended.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in the bowl with the marinade. Ensure the salmon is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator).

  3. 3

    Grilling Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for about 4-6 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until the salmon is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

  4. 4

    Frying Instructions

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Once hot, add the salmon fillets (skin-side down if applicable) and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Garnishing

Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill or skillet. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
