Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Chicken
In a bowl, coat the chicken breast with jerk seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the seasoned chicken. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.

Reduce heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
