Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley and lemon juice. Set aside.
- 2
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 3
Prepare the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets on a clean surface. Season both sides with salt and black pepper. Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each salmon fillet by slicing from the side.
- 4
Stuff the Salmon
In a bowl, mix the crab meat with half of the garlic butter mixture. Carefully stuff each salmon fillet with the crab mixture.
- 5
Bake the Salmon
Place the stuffed salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the remaining garlic butter on top of the fillets. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
