Prepare the Chicken
In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and buttermilk. Dip each piece of chicken first in the wet mixture and then coat it in the flour mixture. Set aside.

Fry the Chicken
Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the chicken pieces. Fry for about 12-15 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Cook Green Beans
Steam or boil green beans until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Make the Cornbread Batter
In a large bowl, mix together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, and vegetable oil together. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

Bake the Cornbread
Pour batter into a greased baking dish and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into 4 slices.
