Method

Packs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

  2. 2

    Slice the Biscuits

Carefully slice each buttermilk biscuit in half horizontally to create two halves. This will serve as the base for your French toast.

  3. 3

    Soak the Biscuits

Dip each biscuit half into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated. Let them sit for a few seconds to absorb some of the mixture.

  4. 4

    Cook the French Toast

In a large skillet or griddle, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Place the soaked biscuit halves in the skillet, cooking in batches if necessary. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Make Honey Butter

In a small bowl, combine the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter with honey. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once the biscuit halves are cooked, stack them on a plate. Drizzle with maple syrup and top with honey butter. Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar for an extra touch.
