Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare King Crab

Boil the king crab legs in salted water for about 5-7 minutes. Drain and cool before serving.

  2. 2

    Shuck Oysters

Carefully shuck the oysters and place them on a platter with ice. Serve with lemon wedges.

  3. 3

    Cook Shrimp

In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Drain and cool.

  4. 4

    Prepare Maine Lobster

If not already cooked, steam the lobster for about 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Crack the shell for easy serving.

  5. 5

    Make Crudo

Thinly slice the fresh tuna and arrange it on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Assemble Platter

On a large serving platter, arrange the king crab legs, oysters, shrimp, lobster, and crudo attractively. Serve chilled with cocktail sauce and lemon.
