Preparation and Assembly
- 1
Prepare the Lobster
Boil the Maine lobster in salted water for about 8-10 minutes until cooked. Remove from water, cool, and crack the shell to extract the meat.
- 2
Cook the Shrimp
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Drain and cool.
- 3
Shuck the Oysters
Using an oyster knife, carefully shuck the oysters and place them on a platter with a little crushed ice.
- 4
Prepare the Crudo
Slice the fresh fish thinly and arrange it on a serving plate. Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice, and season with salt.
- 5
Arrange the Platter
On a large serving platter, arrange the lobster meat, shrimp, oysters, crudo, and a small bowl of Baerri caviar. Serve with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce on the side.
