Method
Wine (Serve chilled)
- 1
Chill in a refrigerator
Place the bottle of Le Rime by Banfi Pinot Grigio in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Ideal serving temperature is 8–10°C (46–50°F).
- 2
Rapid chilling (if short on time)
If you need the wine chilled quickly, fill a large container with 500 ml cold water and 6 ice cubes, submerge the bottle so half to two-thirds of the bottle is covered, and rotate gently every 2 minutes for 10–15 minutes until the bottle feels cold to the touch.
- 3
Ice bucket method (alternative)
Fill an ice bucket with 500 g ice and 500 ml cold water to create an ice-water slurry. Submerge the bottle and let it sit for 15–20 minutes. This holds the wine cold while serving.
- 4
Open the bottle
Wipe the top of the bottle with a clean cloth. Using a corkscrew, remove the cork in a steady motion. For a screwcap, twist and remove the cap cleanly.
- 5
Pour
Tilt a clean white-wine glass at about a 20–30° angle and pour approximately 150–180 ml (about 1 glass) into each glass, filling to roughly one-third to one-half of the glass to allow aromas to concentrate.

Serve immediately once chilled. Suggest pairing with light seafood, salads, chicken, or soft cheeses. Re-cork partially used bottles (or replace screwcap) and store in refrigerator; consume within 2–3 days for best quality.
