Method
Tea Base
- 1
Heat water
Bring 2 cups of water to a near-boil then cool slightly so it reaches about 175°F (80°C). If you don't have a thermometer, remove from boiling and let sit 2 minutes.

Strain
Strain the infusion into a pitcher or bowl to remove tea leaves and lavender buds. Press gently with a spoon or use a fine mesh strainer. Discard solids.
Milk & Sweetener

Warm milk (optional)
If you prefer a warm milk tea, gently warm 1 cup milk in a small saucepan over low heat until steaming but not boiling (about 3–4 minutes). For iced, keep milk cold.
- 5
Sweeten and combine
While the tea is still warm (or room temperature for iced), add 2 tbs honey or simple syrup and 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional). Stir until fully dissolved. Pour in the milk and stir to combine.
