Prepare the Crab Salad
In a bowl, combine the fresh Dungeness crab meat with lemon juice, mayonnaise, chopped chives, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to combine all ingredients without breaking the crab meat.

Place a handful of mixed greens on each plate and top with the crab salad. Drizzle with additional lemon juice if desired.

Prepare the Salmon
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture over the salmon fillets.

Bake the Salmon
Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top each fillet with lemon slices. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Make the Blueberry Cake
In a saucepan, combine fresh blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the blueberries start to burst. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the flour, baking powder, and milk, mixing until just combined.

Combine and Bake
Pour half of the batter into a greased baking dish. Spread the blueberry mixture on top, then pour the remaining batter over the blueberries. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
