Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the Seafood

In a bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add the mahi mahi fillets and shrimp, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  3. 3

    Grill the Mahi Mahi

Remove the mahi mahi from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 4

    Grill the Shrimp

While the mahi mahi is grilling, remove the shrimp from the marinade and place them on skewers. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once cooked, remove the mahi mahi and shrimp from the grill. Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
