1. Prepare Watermelon Puree
Blend the watermelon in a blender until smooth. Strain it through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp and reserve the juice.
2. Prepare Mango Mixture
In a separate blender, combine the mango pulp, lime juice, chamoy sauce, and half of the chili powder. Blend until smooth.
3. Layer the Mixtures
In a tall glass, pour a layer of the watermelon juice, followed by a layer of the mango mixture. Repeat the layers until the glass is full.
4. Add Ice and Garnish
Add ice cubes to the glass, then drizzle more chamoy sauce on top. Garnish with tamarind candy strips and mint leaves.
5. Serve
Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy the vibrant flavors of the Sandia Mangonada Swirl!
