Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix together the Peach Moonshine, Peach Preserves, Apple Cider Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper until well combined.
- 2
Marinate the Beef
Place the grass fed beef brisket in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the brisket, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

- 4
Grill the Beef
Remove the brisket from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Place the brisket on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
- 5
Rest and Garnish
Once cooked, remove the beef from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice against the grain and serve with fresh peach slices as garnish.
