Prepare the Guajillo Sauce
In a small pot, bring water to a boil and add the dried guajillo chiles. Let them simmer for about 10 minutes until they soften. Remove from heat and let them cool slightly.

Blend the Sauce
Once the chiles are cool, remove the stems and seeds. Place them in a blender with minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth, adding a little water if necessary to achieve a sauce-like consistency.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the wild shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
