Fish and Marinade

Method

Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.

2

Marinate the Barramundi

Place the barramundi fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fish. Ensure the fillets are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled.

4

Grill the Barramundi

Remove the barramundi from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.

5

Serve

Remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve warm with your choice of side dishes.
