Toast the Bread
Place the slices of white Texas toast in a toaster or under a broiler until golden brown and crispy. This should take about 3-5 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the romaine lettuce leaves and pat dry. Slice the medium tomato into thin slices.

Assemble the Sandwich
On one slice of toasted Texas toast, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Layer with 4 oz of sliced turkey, followed by half of the crispy bacon, half of the lettuce, and half of the tomato slices. Top with another slice of toasted bread.

Complete the Club
On the second slice of toasted bread, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Add the remaining turkey, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Finish with the last slice of toasted bread on top.

Cut and Serve
Using a sharp knife, cut the sandwich diagonally into quarters. Secure each quarter with a toothpick if desired, and serve immediately.
