Burger Patty

Toppings

Method

Prepare Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.

Cook the Burger

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill or Skillet

Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Make sure it's hot before adding the burgers.

  2. 4

    Cook the Patties

Place the patties on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side until a crust forms, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium doneness.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 5

    Add Toppings

Once the patties are cooked, place a generous amount of bleu cheese on each patty and allow it to melt slightly. Top each burger with two slices of cooked bacon, lettuce, tomato, and red onion.

  2. 6

    Serve

Place the assembled patties on the burger buns and serve immediately. Enjoy your Go Big Blue Burger!
