Prepare the Romaine
Wash and dry the romaine hearts thoroughly. Chop them into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Make the Dressing
In a medium bowl, mince the garlic and anchovy fillets. Add Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Whisk together until combined.

Incorporate Olive Oil
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the dressing. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine Ingredients
Add the croutons to the chopped romaine in the salad bowl.

Dress the Salad
Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.

Add Parmesan
Sprinkle the shaved Parmesan Reggiano generously over the top of the salad.
