Method
Preparing Chicken
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips about 1 inch wide. Pat them dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl.
- 2
Season the Chicken
Sprinkle the chicken strips with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
Breading Process
- 3
Set up Breading Station
In three separate shallow dishes, place flour in one, beaten eggs in the second, and a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in the third.
- 4
Bread the Chicken
Take each chicken strip and first coat it in flour, shaking off excess, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture. Press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to ensure they stick.
Cooking Chicken
- 5
Fry or Grill the Chicken
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken strips and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Alternatively, preheat a grill and cook the chicken strips for about 6-8 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
Making Dipping Sauce
- 6
Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce (to taste). Stir until well combined.
