For the Chicken Croquettes

Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, all-purpose flour, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Form the Croquettes
Using your hands, shape the mixture into small oval or round patties, about 2 inches in diameter. Place them on a plate lined with parchment paper.

Coat with Breadcrumbs
Roll each croquette in breadcrumbs until fully coated. Set aside.

Fry the Croquettes
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the croquettes in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Add Milk
Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring there are no lumps. Continue to cook and stir until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

Season the Gravy
Add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well and remove from heat.
