Wrap Ingredients
Method
Preparation
- 1
Cook the Chicken
If using raw chicken, season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Grill, fry, or blacken the chicken over medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before dicing.
- 2
Prepare the Vegetables
While the chicken is cooking, rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water. Pat dry and chop into bite-sized pieces. Dice the tomatoes and set aside.
- 3
Prepare the Wraps
Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread 1/4 cup of Caesar dressing on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- 4
Assemble the Wraps
Evenly distribute the chopped romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese over the tortillas. Add the diced chicken on top of the vegetables.
- 5
Roll the Wraps
Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to encase all the ingredients. Tuck in the sides as you roll for a tight wrap.
- 6
Serve
Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve with extra Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.
