Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Remove from skillet, place on paper towels to drain excess grease, and then chop into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chicken

In the same skillet with the bacon drippings, add the diced chicken breast. Cook over medium heat until no longer pink, approximately 5-7 minutes. Stir in the buffalo sauce until the chicken is evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Blister the Garlic

In the same skillet, add the garlic cloves and cook until they are blistered and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Prepare the Flat Bread

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the naan pita bread on a baking sheet.

  2. 5

    Add the Chicken and Cheese

Spread the cooked buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the naan. Tear the fresh mozzarella and provolone cheese and distribute it evenly on top.

  3. 6

    Add Garlic and Bacon

Scatter the blistered garlic and chopped bacon over the cheese layer.

Baking

  1. 7

    Bake the Flat Bread

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving

  1. 8

    Drizzle with Dressing

Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Drizzle with herb ranch dressing before slicing into pieces and serving.
