Fry the Potatoes
In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add frozen French fries in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Make the Beer Cheese
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine KY beer, cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and mustard. Stir continuously until the cheese is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Keep warm.

Assemble the Fries
On a large serving platter, layer the fried potatoes. Pour the warm beer cheese sauce generously over the fries. Top with cooked Italian sausage, bleu cheese, diced fresh mozzarella, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon. Drizzle with basil pesto and serve with house marinara sauce on the side.
