Preparation Steps
- 1
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the bucatini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
- 2
Sauté the Aromatics
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Do not let it burn.
- 3
Add the Tomatoes and Wine
Add the halved grape tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften. Pour in the white wine and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- 4
Combine with Lobster
Stir in the lobster meat, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the lobster is heated through.
- 5
Mix the Pasta
Add the drained bucatini pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together. If the mixture seems dry, add some of the reserved pasta water to loosen it up.
- 6
Finish with Breadcrumbs and Parsley
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the pasta and toss to combine. Cook for an additional minute until the breadcrumbs are slightly toasted. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
