Marinate the Chicken
Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade, cover, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Flame Broil the Chicken
Preheat the grill or broiler to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through and juices run clear.

Toast the Brioche Buns
While the chicken is cooking, slice the brioche buns in half and toast them on a grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Prepare the Tomatoes
Slice the tomato into thin slices.

Assemble the Sandwich
Spread 2 tablespoons of sweet and sour sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place a grilled chicken breast on top, followed by a lettuce leaf and a few slices of tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve
Serve the chicken breast sandwich immediately with a side of potato chips.
