Method
Preparing the Ribs
- 1
Season Ribs
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Rub the pork ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, ensuring the ribs are evenly coated.
- 2
Bake Ribs
Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
Making BBQ Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, mustard, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- 4
Cook Sauce
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Allow to cook for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Preparing Fries

Cut Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into fries of even thickness for uniform cooking.
- 6
Fry Potatoes
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 180°C (350°F). Fry the potato strips in batches until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.
