Prepare the Glass
Select a copper mug or a highball glass for serving. Fill it with ice cubes to chill.

Add Jameson Irish Whiskey
Pour 2 oz of Jameson Irish Whiskey over the ice in the glass.

Mix in Lime Juice
Add 1 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice to the glass with the whiskey.

Top with Ginger Beer
Pour 4 oz of Gosling's Ginger Beer into the glass, filling it to the rim.
Garnish and Serve

Garnish the Drink
Add a lime wedge and 5 mint leaves on top of the drink for garnish.

Serve
Stir gently to combine the ingredients and serve immediately with a straw if desired.
