Chill Your Glass
Begin by chilling your glass of choice (preferably a rocks glass) by placing it in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in 2 oz of Angel's Envy Bourbon, followed by 0.5 oz of Sweet Vermouth and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.

Stir the Mixture
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Garnish the Drink
Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and then place it in the glass as a garnish. Add a maraschino cherry on top for an extra touch of sweetness.
