Reuben Sandwich

Assemble the Sandwich
Spread Russian dressing on one side of each slice of rye bread. On two slices, layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese. Top with the remaining slices of bread, dressing side down.

Cook Soup
In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add carrots and celery, then drop matzo balls into the broth. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Onion Rings

Prepare Onion Rings
Slice onions into rings. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Dip onion rings into the batter and coat evenly.

Fry Onion Rings
Heat oil in a deep fryer. Fry the battered onion rings until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Cook the Roast
Place the roast in the oven for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 325°F (163°C) and cook for an additional 1.5-2 hours, or until it reaches the desired doneness.
