Method

Pulled Pork Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

Rub the pork shoulder with the BBQ rub and let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator for maximum flavor.

  2. 2

    Smoke the Pork

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Place the pork shoulder in the smoker and cook for about 1.5 hours per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).

  3. 3

    Rest and Shred

Once cooked, remove from the smoker and let it rest for 30 minutes. Shred the pork using two forks and mix with apple cider vinegar and BBQ sauce to taste.

Garbage Bowl Assembly

  1. 4

    Layer the Ingredients

In a large bowl, layer the potato chips at the bottom. Add the chopped brisket, pulled pork, and shredded BBQ chicken on top of the chips.

  2. 5

    Add Toppings

Drizzle with additional BBQ sauce and beer. Pour the cheese sauce over the meat, then sprinkle with crispy bacon and top with slaw before serving.

  3. 6

    Serve

Serve the garbage bowl immediately, allowing guests to dig in and enjoy the delicious layers of flavors.
