Waffle Fries Ingredients

Method

Preparing the Waffle Fries

  1. 1

    Bake the Fries

Preheat the oven according to the package instructions for the waffle fries. Spread the frozen waffle fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake until golden and crispy, about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Season with salt to taste.

Cooking the Burger

  1. 2

    Form and Cook the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into two equal patties. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and add cooking oil. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  2. 3

    Add Cheese and Bacon

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese. In a separate pan, cook the bacon until crispy.

  3. 4

    Fry the Egg

In the same skillet used for the bacon, crack an egg and fry it to your preference (sunny side up or over easy).

Assembling the Burger

  1. 5

    Build the Burger

Spread your choice of sauce (like mayo or ketchup) on the bottom half of the burger bun. Layer with the cheeseburger patty, crispy bacon, and fried egg. Top with the other half of the bun.

  2. 6

    Serve

Plate the burger alongside the baked waffle fries and enjoy your hangover burger!
