Ingredients for Garbage Bowl
Method
Directions to Prepare Garbage Bowl
Fry the Potato Chips
In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the potato slices in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch. Remove them with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare the Coleslaw
In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Assemble the Garbage Bowl
On a large serving platter or bowl, layer the fried potato chips as the base. Top with shredded smoked brisket, pulled pork, crumbled bacon, and coleslaw. Drizzle BBQ sauce and hot sauce over the top, adjusting the quantity to taste.
Serve
Serve immediately while the chips are still warm and crispy. Enjoy your Garbage Bowl!
