    Prepare the Ingredients

    Gather all the ingredients: rye bread, roast beef, salami, tomato, mayonnaise, Las Vegas Gold mustard, and butter.

    Assemble the Sandwich

    Spread mayonnaise on one side of two slices of rye bread and Las Vegas Gold mustard on the other side of the same slices. Layer roast beef, salami, and sliced tomato on top, then place the other two slices of rye bread on top, mustard side down.

Grilling

    Heat the Pan

    In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

    Place the assembled sandwich in the skillet and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese (if added) is melted.

Serving
