Prepare the Vegetables
Thinly slice the fennel bulb and place it in a mixing bowl.

Add Avocado
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out. Dice the avocado and add it to the bowl with the fennel.

Chop the Tomatoes
Chop the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and add them to the mixing bowl.

Dress the Salad
Juice the lemon over the salad, add sea salt and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately.
