Deviled Eggs Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, cover the pot, remove it from heat, and let it sit for 12 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cool the Eggs

After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let them cool for at least 5 minutes. This will make them easier to peel.

  3. 3

    Peel and Halve

Peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Filling

Mash the egg yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  5. 5

    Fill the Egg Whites

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

  6. 6

    Add Candied Bacon

Crumble the candied bacon and sprinkle it on top of the filled eggs for garnish.

  7. 7

    Serve

Chill the deviled eggs in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
