Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pasta

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the chicken breast and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Alfredo Sauce

In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Combine and Serve

Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly. Slice the chicken and place it on top of the pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
