    Prepare the Espresso

    Brew a single shot of espresso and set aside.

    Melt the Chocolate

    In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

    Assemble the Affogato

    In a serving glass, add a scoop of hazelnut gelato. Pour the hot espresso over the gelato.

    Garnish

    Drizzle the melted milk chocolate over the gelato and espresso mixture. Add the chocolate fish on top for garnish.
