Prepare the Apples
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with half of the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Make the Crisp Topping
In another bowl, combine the oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, chopped cashews, chopped almonds, and a pinch of salt. Pour in the maple syrup and mix until crumbly.

Assemble the Dish
Evenly sprinkle the oat mixture over the apple mixture in the baking dish.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the top is golden brown.

Serve
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Top each serving with a scoop of Parlour salted butter caramel ice cream.
