Prepare the Glass
Select a tall glass and add the two scoops of Parlour Ice Cream to the bottom.

Pour the Rootbeer
Slowly pour the Dr. Brown's Rootbeer over the ice cream until the glass is nearly full, allowing the ice cream to foam up.

Add Whipped Cream
Top the float with whipped cream, adding about 2 tablespoons.

Garnish
Place a Luxardo cherry on top of the whipped cream for garnish.

Serve
Serve immediately with a straw and spoon.
