Method
Prepare the Beef Patty

Form the Patty
In a bowl, combine the organic ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently and form into a patty, about 1 inch thick.

Add Cheese
During the last minute of cooking, place the cheddar cheese slices on top of the patty to melt.
Cook the Bacon

Candied Bacon
In a skillet, cook the peppered candied bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and let drain on paper towels.
Assemble the Burger

Prepare the Bun
Toast the pretzel bun lightly on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Layer the Ingredients
Spread the bacon onion jam on the bottom half of the pretzel bun. Place the cooked beef patty with melted cheddar on top, followed by the crispy shallots and candied bacon.

Add Sauce and Top Bun
Drizzle the chipotle coffee BBQ sauce over the toppings and place the top half of the pretzel bun on the burger.
Prepare the Fries

Cook the Fries
Fry or bake the house fries according to package instructions or your preferred method. Serve alongside the burger.
