In a blender, combine 2 oz of white rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, 6 oz of pineapple juice, and 1 cup of crushed ice.

Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.

Taste the cocktail and adjust the sweetness or creaminess by adding more coconut cream or pineapple juice as desired.
