Prepare the Flatbread

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Knead Dough
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 2 minutes until smooth.

Rest Dough
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Make the Meatballs

Mix Meatball Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and chopped basil.

Shape Meatballs
Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Bake Meatballs
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
Assemble the Flatbread

Roll Out Flatbread
Roll out the rested dough into a thin flatbread shape (about 1/4 inch thick).

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
