Method
Prepare Sorbetto
- 1
Scoop Sorbetto
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop equal portions of mango, passion fruit, and raspberry sorbetto into serving bowls or onto a large plate, alternating the flavors for a colorful presentation.
Make Raspberry Sauce
- 2
Cook Raspberry Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine fresh raspberries, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries break down and the mixture thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Prepare Chocolate Coating
- 3
Melt White Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
- 4
Assemble Fruit Bomba
- 5
Coat Sorbetto
Using a spoon, drizzle the melted white chocolate over the scoops of sorbetto, ensuring to cover them well. Let the chocolate set slightly.
- 6
Add Milk Chocolate Drizzle
Drizzle the melted milk chocolate over the white chocolate-coated sorbetto for an added layer of flavor.
- 7
Finish with Raspberry Sauce
Finally, drizzle the prepared raspberry sauce over the entire dish for a vibrant finish.
