Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash the Romaine lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt or debris. Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel or use a salad spinner to remove excess moisture.

Make the Caesar Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk together until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Assemble the Salad
In a large mixing bowl, tear the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Add the croutons and pour the prepared Caesar dressing over the top. Toss gently until the lettuce and croutons are well coated with the dressing.

Serve
Transfer the salad to a serving bowl or platter. Grate fresh Parmesan cheese over the top before serving. Enjoy your Caesar salad!
