Bruschetta Caprese 4pc Recipe

Toast the Bread
Place the sliced bread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Flip halfway through the toasting time.
Assembling

Add Pesto
Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of pesto sauce on each slice of toasted bread.

Top with Mozzarella
Slice the fresh mozzarella cheese into thin rounds. Place a slice of mozzarella on top of the pesto on each piece of bread.

Add Tomatoes and Basil
Chop the fresh tomatoes into small cubes or slices and place them on top of the mozzarella. Tear the fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the tomatoes.

Drizzle with Balsamic Reduction
Finish by drizzling approximately 1/2 tablespoon of balsamic reduction over each bruschetta.
