Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and let cool before slicing.
- 3
Sauté Spinach and Tomatoes
In the same skillet, add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted.
- 4
Combine Ingredients
Add the sliced chicken back into the skillet, then pour in the white wine and chicken velouté. Stir to combine and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 5
Mix in Pasta and Feta
Toss the cooked angel hair pasta into the skillet, mixing well to coat the pasta with the sauce. Add the feta cheese and fresh dill, and stir gently until combined.
- 6
Serve
Serve immediately, garnished with extra dill if desired.
